Once they accept it, they’ll appear in your Friends list. A request will appear in their Notification menu. The icon in the bottom right that looks like a plus sign and a peg-like meeple will add them as your friend. Once you’ve picked someone - either from the Interact list or by searching - click on their name to open another menu for multiplayer options. Once you find another player, you’ll have choices to battle, trade, or play co-op. Just type their in-game name in the TamerSearch, and they’ll pop up in the list. The third icon, Friends, is where you’ll search for your friends by name. If you’re looking to make new friends, this is where to start.
This seems limited to players who are physically close to you in the game. The first icon, Interact, lets you view other players near you. In your menu, tab over to the fourth column - the one with two people as the icon. In this guide, we’ll tell you how Temtem multiplayer works, from how to find your friends to how to trade Temtem. You can team up with your friends (or strangers, if you can convince them) to in a co-op mode to explore, fight, and trade.
Being a tamer in Temtem doesn’t have to be lonely.
